Do you offer custom framing services?

How are the frames packaged for shipping?
We use reinforced corrugated cardboard and protective foam corners to ensure your frames arrive in perfect condition. Large orders are shipped in specialized crates for extra security.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
If your frame arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement immediately at no additional cost to you.
Do frames come ready to hang?
Every frame includes a pre-installed hanging kit for both vertical and horizontal orientations, along with the necessary wall anchors and nails.
