At Frame World, we want you to love your wall decor as much as we do. If your new frame isn't the perfect fit for your home, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a return authorization.
Pack with Care
Carefully place the frame in its original protective packaging and corner guards to ensure it arrives back at our studio without any glass breakage or scratches.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
